From the Grand Knight
Happy New Year Brothers,
I hope everyone had a cheerful Christmas spent with friends and family and that everyone hasn’t given up on their new year’s resolution just yet. We can all breathe a sigh of relief as our busy season has ended. We had a great start to the month with the continuation of our Christmas tree lot, big thanks to everyone that volunteered their time. Later, we had our Family Christmas party, fun had by all. Our breakfast with Santa was a massive success serving over 240 guests. To close out our month, we had 4 men join our ranks as Knights before Christmas. Everyone give a warm welcome to Matt, Steve, Ted, and Joel.
With that, January is probably our slowest month as far as events go but keep an eye out for upcoming emails, we plan on bringing back some previous as well as creating new social events.
Come, Holy Spirit,
Spirit of the Risen Christ, be with us today and always.
Be our Light, our Guide, and our Comforter.
Be our Strength, our Courage, and our Sanctifier.
May this new year be a time of deep spiritual growth for us,
A time of welcoming your graces and gifts,
A time for forgiving freely and unconditionally,
A time for growing in virtue and goodness.
